Practical Information

Accreditation

Delegates are kindly requested to register via the accreditation system of the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, through the designated Delegation Accreditation Officer (DAO) of the respective delegation.

Online accreditation were open until 18th of March 2019. After this date, changes and late accreditation have to be notified at ropres.youth@mts.ro.

All personal information provided during accreditation will be processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Badges

Badges will be issued only to individual who have successfully completed the registration procedure and received accreditation. This badge is non-transferable and delegates are requested to wear badges visibly at all times. Each delegate will receive at the hotel, a badge corresponding to participant’s access rights.

Facilities and Services

Free Wi-Fi, photocopying and scanning facilities will be available at the meeting venue.

Arrivals and Departures

Delegations arriving by plane are advised to indicate their flight details as well as arrival and departure times, in the accreditation system.

Accommodation

The Romanian Presidency of the Council of the European union will cover integrally the costs of accommodation, international transport and food for the youth delegates nominated by the states. In the case of the official delegates from youth authority, international NGOs, organization etc., the Romanian Presidency will cover the costs for food.

Accommodation will be at Rin Grand Hotel (address: Vitan-Bârzești Street, no. 7D, Bucharest).

Languages

The working language of the European Union Youth Conference will be English. Interpretation will also be provided.

Electricity

220 volt AC. Plugs and sockets conform to the European norm. It is advisable, however, to bring an adapter with you, if the case.
